Once we installed it the contractor found an internal gas leak. Home Outlet Direct was relatively prompt in sending out a technician to repair. There was some confusion with the tech over who was going to pay for the repair...but i think that was taken care of....I THINK...i'm still awaiting for HOD to give me a confirmation that the responsibility is theres...which it is. :)

beautiful and quality met our expectations

I was a little nervous about purchasing appliances before seeing them in person but they definitely met our expectations! I can't speak on durability/longevity yet because we've only had them a few weeks. Shipping was pretty quick. The delivery service was great. The range hood came with a dent so they replaced it for us. We got the white and used the bronze/gold hardware (love that they come with silver and gold) they look beautiful with our dark cabinets and gold knobs. We installed everything ourselves and it was pretty simple, we're not pros. Overall no surprises, we're happy with everything. Def recommend if you're looking at the other white/gold appliances but don't want to pay 10k.

Love it!

I ordered this refrigerator in matte black, it came well packaged and with 2 handle options. Brushed brass and stainless, both were inside the unit! It keeps everything nice and cold, the led lights make for a nice touch. My only complaint is the settings buttons are right on the side of the door and you accidently touch them almost every time you open it. Other than that would 100% buy again and recommend this!
