The missing piece to my kitchen. It paired up so well with the farm style kitchen. The stove works great!!! It heats up in no time, it can be difficult to turn on there’s no indicator that it is on but you can lift the bottom piece in the oven to check. It can get too hot too quickly to get back to temp just open the door for some minutes. Great heat distribution to pan. There is no timer.

Bought my first grill and it’s a great size that outputs a lot of heat! Connected with natural gas so I had to go find a couple of extra parts but overall loving not having to worry about running out of propane while grilling… shipping was delayed due to lack of inventory but worth the wait!

I ordered a 2 zone unit for the bedrooms in our home. It took a few months to arrive (manufacturer issue, nothing to do with HOD, and we were contacted on more than one occasion with an order update which was much appreciated!), but when it did arrive was very easy to install. Both the heat and AC function work perfectly, and our family is very happy!

I purchased a Zline hood and was pleased with the product received and also the service. One of the grates had a loose knob and they sent me a knew one to fix it. Easy to work with their team.

Looks beautiful, had to do some inconveinient gas line work to install this thing. As far as funcyion, it's great but there are no small burners. If you need to use a smaller pan the flames go around the pan and the handle gets hot. Even at the lowest setting. You can simmer anything. Arrived well over 5 weeks from purchase date.

This fridge is exactly as described and exactly the aesthetic I was looking for! It has so much storage and is perfect for my family of 6! I absolutely love the color and the antique brass handles. It is worth the money and I am really happy with my purchase!

Beautiful range. Heats nicely. The double oven is super handy and even when on, the metal outside the range barely heats up. Our kids love using it too. Still early days but very happy so far.

Once we installed it the contractor found an internal gas leak. Home Outlet Direct was relatively prompt in sending out a technician to repair. There was some confusion with the tech over who was going to pay for the repair...but i think that was taken care of....I THINK...i'm still awaiting for HOD to give me a confirmation that the responsibility is theres...which it is. :)

I love my Can Beverage Fridge with champagne bronze accents!! Luxury at a great price. My coffee bar station looks fabulous.

We love it but because the sides of the microwave are flexible if they are bent too far forward the door does not shut all the way and just runs. So maybe make the sides less flexible so that it won't interfere with the door. We have resolved the issue ourselves and love it in our kitchen!

I love the gas stove top of my 48 inch, but the electric oven SUCKS. The cheap made thermostat control which has been replaced on both ovens does not keep a constant temperature. The heating element is also TOO SMALL for the size of ELECTRICAL OVEN. I have purchased the complete line for my kitchen and the DUAL STOVE SUCKS. SOON to be replaced with something I can depend on like VIKING. The rest of the equipment works very well. I regret ever being talked into the electric oven by the salesman.

We loved the looks of the oven when it arrived, but then we started encountering stuff like constant click when we turn on the fire, the rubbers that hold the base for the pans are impossible to find. i had an issue from day one with the main turbo burner that it clicks all the time, i called, left many mails, tried everything and could not find anyone, nor where the mails responded

i do feel is a superior product but with no support and many issues, like a Fiat, italian but gives trouble

I'd buy again. Much quieter and much more powerful than the one I replaced. On the lowest setting, it's barely audible. On the highest setting I can still watch TV without issue.

This oven works perfectly for our small kitchen. There are almost no other models on the market with the flat glass top that are only 20" wide. I'm glad we went with this one.

I’ve had Zline in the last two houses, I’m very impressed at the durability, dependability, and design. Very high end for a very good price.

Good size for a smaller kitchen. A bit tricky to install as you need to build a platform, then add the trim before the unit is fully installed.
Good room in the French door refrigerator and adequate but small freezer space.

We love our new Forno French door refrigerator! It has a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly in our kitchen. The layout is very practical — the French doors make it easy to organize items, and the two freezer drawers give plenty of storage. It runs quietly and keeps everything at the right temperature. Highly recommend if you’re looking for style, space, and functionality at a great price!

I was a little nervous about purchasing appliances before seeing them in person but they definitely met our expectations! I can't speak on durability/longevity yet because we've only had them a few weeks. Shipping was pretty quick. The delivery service was great. The range hood came with a dent so they replaced it for us. We got the white and used the bronze/gold hardware (love that they come with silver and gold) they look beautiful with our dark cabinets and gold knobs. We installed everything ourselves and it was pretty simple, we're not pros. Overall no surprises, we're happy with everything. Def recommend if you're looking at the other white/gold appliances but don't want to pay 10k.

We love this microwave. So far we have no complaints and it works wonderfully. The one thing it doesn’t have is a turntable for the food. This hasn’t been a problem so far and for the price it’s half of the other ones our there.

We have an old home with a tight kitchen layout. This fridge was one of the few that fit the space. I was reluctant to go with stainless again due to the fingerprints, scratches, and streaking I’ve experienced with other brands. This fridge was a very welcomed surprise. Super easy to clean, doesn’t need any special cleaners. I just wipe with a damp cloth and it looks beautiful.
The fridge hasn’t given us any trouble, it’s very quiet. It’s on the smaller side, but that’s all we had room for and it suits our family of two with some room to spare.
Overall, it looks great and performs its job well. No complaints!
