Once we installed it the contractor found an internal gas leak. Home Outlet Direct was relatively prompt in sending out a technician to repair. There was some confusion with the tech over who was going to pay for the repair...but i think that was taken care of....I THINK...i'm still awaiting for HOD to give me a confirmation that the responsibility is theres...which it is. :)

This ductless range hood was a perfect solution for our circumstances. We needed to replace our old downdraft range and could not accommodate a vented hood. The Jupiter is a sleek design, easy to install, and works great! The three ventilation speeds help pull up steam and mitigate grease splatter. Even more important to me is that the filter traps food odors. We are very happy with this ductless range hood

This range looks gorgeous in our kitchen and really elevates our space. The stove works great and the gas heat heats up very quickly. The oven heat is evenly distributed and cooks food as it should. I really like the small side warmer/oven, it’s fantastic! This entire ranges is stunning and would compare it to the Wolfe ranges. I would highly recommend!

we bought this hood to replace one from some 20 years ago. It looks beautiful. It operates really nicely; it is not easy to install because the screws in the back of the unit are literally up against the backsplash and I don’t think they accounted for that. The finishing plate that goes over The unit also has very small screws and my husband‘s hands are not dainty. Overall, it’s a beautiful unit and I would seriously recommend two people to install it.

Using Home Outlet Direct has been great. The app to notify of shipping date and when it would arrive, lagged in updating but when I called Home Outlet I was immediately given the information so I could plan for the delivery. As far as the Thor stove goes it cooks nice and bakes nice, I just need to adjust my temp and time with goods as I was used to my 40 year stove and cooking on it. I do question the loudness of the fan running when the oven on, which I’ve been trying to research but not finding anyone with same complaint, maybe this is the way the stove is but very noisy compared with my ancient stove!

I needed to replace another unit that a previous contractor didn't do any part of that installation correctly, and the condensation line was leaking inside the house, running down the wall since that installation!! The indoor coil was 1-1/2" out of level, the line set wasn't wrapped, the electrical was tapped into the same circuit as the garage light and outlets...it was a mess. It took me more time to demo the old unit out than to install the one I bought from you. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with my ZLINE Autograph Edition 48-Inch Paramount Dual Fuel Range. From the moment it was installed, it completely transformed my kitchen. The polished accents give it a beautiful, high-end look, and everyone who visits compliments it. Performance-wise, this range has exceeded my expectations. The gas burners heat up quickly and give me excellent control whether I'm simmering sauces or cooking at high heat. The electric convection ovens bake evenly, and having two ovens has made meal prep and holiday cooking so much easier. The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels sturdy and well-made, from the heavy cast iron grates to the smooth-turning knobs. It definitely feels like a professional-grade appliance designed to last. While it's a significant investment, I truly believe it's worth every penny. If you're looking for a range that combines exceptional performance with luxury styling, I highly recommend the ZLINE Autograph Edition. It has made cooking more enjoyable and has become my favorite appliance in the house.

Looks good. Much better than the bulky microwave that was there. I'm old school so love the simple clean buttons. It is fairly quiet. It's moving allot of air so it's impossible to make it super quiet. The 3 speeds are actually different, not the case with some cheap fans. The installation instructions and paper template for putting the holes in the right places were the best I've ever seen. I haven't had to clean the grills yet but the removable stainless steel grills are good quality so it should be easy. Very happy with it. Glad I bit the bullet and paid for a premium product.

All black matte and antique gold appliances are terrific. It was one of the best kitchen upgrades we’ve made. Our double oven has been a complete game-changer, turning overwhelming holiday prep into a breeze and making everyday meals more flexible. With ample space, I can perfectly roast a turkey in the bottom while baking sides in the top at different temperatures, all while enjoying incredibly even heat distribution. It looks sleek and modern in our kitchen with an European flair.

We recently installed the ZLINE 36" all-gas range, and it has absolutely exceeded expectations. From a performance standpoint, it delivers precise heat control, powerful burners, and an oven that bakes evenly and consistently. It truly hits all the marks for function. But what really sets it apart is the design. The craftsmanship, clean lines, and striking finish coordinate perfectly with our other ZLINE appliances and elevate the entire kitchen. It feels substantial, professional-grade, and thoughtfully built — not just an appliance, but a focal point. Simply put, it’s what makes everyone stop in their tracks when they walk into the kitchen.

I was a little nervous about purchasing appliances before seeing them in person but they definitely met our expectations! I can't speak on durability/longevity yet because we've only had them a few weeks. Shipping was pretty quick. The delivery service was great. The range hood came with a dent so they replaced it for us. We got the white and used the bronze/gold hardware (love that they come with silver and gold) they look beautiful with our dark cabinets and gold knobs. We installed everything ourselves and it was pretty simple, we're not pros. Overall no surprises, we're happy with everything. Def recommend if you're looking at the other white/gold appliances but don't want to pay 10k.

I ordered this refrigerator in matte black, it came well packaged and with 2 handle options. Brushed brass and stainless, both were inside the unit! It keeps everything nice and cold, the led lights make for a nice touch. Review of Thor Kitchen Appliances Thor Kitchen Stove The Thor Kitchen stove is a standout in our home, bringing professional-grade quality and performance to our kitchen. Its robust construction and sleek design not only add a touch of elegance but also promise durability. The high-powered burners offer precise temperature control, making cooking a delight whether simmering delicate sauces or searing steaks. The oven, with its spacious interior and even heating, bakes and roasts to perfection. Overall, the Thor Kitchen stove is an excellent investment for any home chef looking for reliability and top-notch performance. Thor Kitchen Refrigerator Our Thor Kitchen refrigerator has been a fantastic addition, combining style and functionality effortlessly. It offers ample storage space with adjustable shelves and large bins that accommodate all our groceries with ease. The temperature controls are highly responsive, ensuring our food stays fresh for longer periods. Additionally, the refrigerator's sleek stainless steel finish matches our kitchen decor beautifully. It's both a practical and visually appealing choice for any modern kitchen. Thor Kitchen Beverage Unit The Thor Kitchen beverage unit has become a favorite in our household, especially during gatherings. Its compact yet spacious design allows us to store a wide variety of drinks, from sodas and juices to wines and craft beers. The adjustable temperature settings ensure that beverages are always chilled to the perfect temperature. The unit operates quietly, so it doesn't disturb the ambiance of our home. It's a must-have for anyone who loves entertaining or simply enjoys having a cold drink ready at all times. Thor Kitchen Microwave The Thor Kitchen microwave impresses with its powerful performance and user-friendly features. It heats and cooks food quickly and evenly, saving us valuable time in the kitchen. The preset cooking functions are a convenient touch, making it easy to prepare a variety of dishes with minimal effort. Its sleek design complements our other Thor appliances perfectly, and the interior is spacious enough to accommodate large dishes. This microwave is a reliable and stylish addition to any kitchen. Thor Kitchen Exhaust The Thor Kitchen exhaust fan is an essential appliance that performs admirably, keeping our kitchen air fresh and clean. It effectively removes smoke, odors, and steam, creating a comfortable cooking environment. The fan operates quietly, which is a huge plus, and the sleek design integrates seamlessly with our kitchen decor. Its powerful performance and efficient operation make it an invaluable asset for any home chef. Thor Kitchen Dishwasher While our overall experience with Thor Kitchen appliances has been overwhelmingly positive, the dishwasher did present a small hiccup. The dishwasher itself is excellent, with robust cleaning power and a variety of cycles that leave our dishes sparkling clean. It operates quietly and fits seamlessly into our kitchen setup. However, the dishwasher arrived without a plug, which was a surprising oversight for a new model. We had anticipated a plug and found ourselves needing an electrician to hardwire the appliance. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did require additional effort and cost. Despite this, the dishwasher’s performance has been impeccable once installed. Conclusion Thor Kitchen appliances have largely exceeded our expectations, offering a combination of superior performance, stylish design, and reliability. Each appliance, from the stove to the beverage unit, enhances our kitchen experience significantly. The dishwasher, despite the initial inconvenience with the plug, performs exceptionally well. We are thoroughly pleased with our investment in Thor Kitchen products and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen with high-quality, professional-grade appliances.
