It’s a working cooking masterpiece. So much more cooking surface space! Love the solid heavy material and the ease of the use of the oven. The oven racks slide out easily and smoothly and it’s easy to check on food. Oven cooks superbly! Thank you for making it so well.

The only minor issue that now I understand all these heavy duty solid pieces that work with gas have at first … It did take me some time to turn on and make the burners work. After 2-4 days no issue. But my husband turned them on from the first.
This is my first experience with the Thor brand. We love the appliances so far! The sizes we picked fit perfectly in our smaller kitchen, yet each appliance feels plenty spacious for its function. The fridge has a lot of space considering it is a counter depth. I love the lighting, the adjustable shelving & the multiple drawers. The split freezer is a bit smaller than we are used to, but so far that hasn’t been an issue. The appliances overall are high quality, clean looking, easy to use & seem like they will last a long time. We were sent a double attachment for one side of the refrigerator handle. Home Outlet Direct was very easy to work with, responded to emails right away & helped us get the replacement part we needed in less than 2 weeks- even with shipping delay. So far, we are really happy with everything. I would definitely recommend

We received the cooler and thought it would be hard for contractor to figure out how to fit underneath countertop! It is an awesome purchase! Love it! It cools well and makes no noise. Excellent to keep water, juice, sodas, etc cool so not going g in and out of the refrigerator. Everyone loves it. Great purchase!
