I purchased my 36 inch range in February 2023. I also purchased a warranty after my factory warranty expired. I started having problems with the igniter on the broiler which I found out after the appliance repair person came out that it was a thermocouple. Later, my oven igniter was having a problem. I have been emailing and calling the warranty company for over a year to get the needed parts, but they can’t get it and they won’t tell me anything except the manufacturer is in China and they’re having a hard time getting responses. Please help I want to buy another Forn oven. I am a little afraid of the support I’m getting.
I love this vent, it looks very nice and elegant and works very well. It has several settings for fan intensity and also a nice light. Definitely recommend
