  • Forno appliances include In-Home Delivery:
    • The courier will bring the appliance into your home and open the box to check for damages
    • Debris removal, Installation, or haul away is not included
  • Smaller items (e.g., range hoods, microwaves) ship via FedEx Ground to your door, not In-Home Delivery.
    • Smaller item(s) such as range hoods, micrwoaves will ship FedEx Ground to your door instead of In-Home Delivery
    • If ordered with large appliances, small items will be included in the In-Home Delivery shipment.
  • Delivery to Room of Choice (up to 7 steps with 2 movers):
    • The courier will delivery to the room of your choice, up to 7 steps with 2 movers.
    • If there are more than 7 steps, and/or more movers are required, the courier will charge the customer a fee
    • The fee is dependent on the number of steps and the number of movers required to get the appliance in the desired location
    • These fees are determined by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control
  • All other brands include free curbside shipping
    • The courier will bring the appliance to your property but not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

Looks great! great trouble

We loved the looks of the oven when it arrived, but then we started encountering stuff like constant click when we turn on the fire, the rubbers that hold the base for the pans are impossible to find. i had an issue from day one with the main turbo burner that it clicks all the time, i called, left many mails, tried everything and could not find anyone, nor where the mails responded

i do feel is a superior product but with no support and many issues, like a Fiat, italian but gives trouble

Beautiful glass top oven that fits in a small kitchen

This oven works perfectly for our small kitchen. There are almost no other models on the market with the flat glass top that are only 20" wide. I'm glad we went with this one.

Great size

Good size for a smaller kitchen. A bit tricky to install as you need to build a platform, then add the trim before the unit is fully installed.
Good room in the French door refrigerator and adequate but small freezer space.
