Debris removal, Installation, or haul away is not included.

Delivery to Room of Choice (up to 7 steps). The courier will delivery to the room of your choice, up to 7 steps. Any more steps the courier will charge the customer a fee. The fee is dependent on the number of steps and movers required to get the appliance in the desired location. These fees are set by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control.
All other brands include free curbside shipping. The courier will bring the appliance to your property but not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

Great quality and price

Really impressed by the quality at this price point. Very happy with my purchase. Buying was a smooth process, I spoke with a very friendly rep at Home outlet direct who answered all my questions. My wife and I researched a number of cooking brands and finally decided on Forno and are so happy we did. Love everything about it, from look to functionality to quality. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Pros and Cons

Pro: The additional space and organization of the freezer is AWESOME. I did add some extra shelving because we aren't storing very tall things at the moment.

Cons: The layout of the fridge is less awesome. Losing traditional drawers make it difficult to contain foods in the same category... like fresh fruit or dairy. I've tried dividing the bottom drawer in 1/2, but it's not working. I bought some bins for the shelves but they are not working very well either.

Also, husband had to do a LOT of building in order to install. Had to build a platform and a frame. So you'll need someone who can do that. You can't just slide it into place.

You may want to get a covered butter container. No place to add additional shelves. Very little ability to change height of shelves.

Still a keeper. It looks nice on the outside. I'll just have to get accustomed to/figure out the fridge organization.
