    • Forno appliances include White Glove, In-Home Delivery. The courier will bring it into your home and open the box to check for damages. This does not include installation or haul away. Shipping includes one delivery attempt
    • First/Ground Floor Only - The courier will delivery on first/ground floor only. This includes up to 7 steps. Any more steps, or if you need to deliver on a different floor the courier will charge the customer a fee.  The fee is dependent on the number of steps and movers required to get the appliance in the desired location. These fees are set by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control. 
    • All other brands include free curbside shipping. The courier will bring the appliance to your property but not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

    Very happy with our purchase, Forno french door gas range. The range was damaged on first delivery but things happen. They worked with the manufacturer to get it reshipped asap. Delivery on the range was about a month but they communicated that at the time of purchase.

    We could not be happier with our Forno Vittorio 36" gas range. Delivery and setup was a breeze. No shipping damage was evident and everything worked - and works - as expected. We upgraded from one of those horrid glastop electrics to this beauty. All of our friends and family are envious of the wonderful French doors, which are perfect for my weekly bread baking. The only way we would replace it would be to build a new home and go with the 48".

    We researched appliances for our home renovation for well over a year until I found Home Outlet Direct. From that point on, smooth process. We selected a fantastic Thor Package, ordered and within 3 days received communications from the company asking about our timeline and how did we want to take delivery.

    Appliances arrived crated and well packed. Included with the order were the specification sheets for each appliance.
    We gave those to the kitchen designer who incorporated into our renovation plans. Easy installation for our contractor.

    If I had to do it all again, I would go straight back to HOD. I have also recommended to friends and family!

    Luxury at a reasonable price!

    My wife wanted wolf products which exceeded our remodel budget as we blew out walls, raised the ceiling and moved the kitchen to the opposite end of the room. While at a showroom we first saw the zline range and hood combo that was very similar to the wolf so I went online and found this website. I was able to get the price down further and add a Thor refrigerated 2 drawer cabinet and zlines microwave drawer. In the end, we couldn’t have imagined having a kitchen like this. We are so pleased and everything works flawlessly. My wife is a great cook and I swear her meals are even better now. I wouldn’t go with any other product line for the price. We bought all Of these appliances for less than the cost of the Wolf range alone. We went with the white finish to match our cabinets. Now our kitchen is the toast of our friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Brittany for making our kitchen a reality!

    Nice appliances overall. Quick ship and excellent customer service. We received the wrong panel and they shipped out correct panel within the week.

    Only drawback is the controls are rudimentary on the oven.

    Super handy little fridge. I store my extra milk and beverages in it to free up room in the main refrigerator. Keeps items cold and ready to go. The slide out drawers put everything at easy reach.
