The High Temp indicator light will illuminate and the appliance will make a buzzing sound for 10 seconds every thirty minutes. Press any button on the display to quiet the high-temperature alarm. The alarm will automatically turn off when the internal temperature drops below 12°C (54°F).
Door Open Alarm - If the door remains open for more than 5 minutes, the door open indicator light will illuminate and a buzzer will sound. Press any button on the display or close the door to quiet the door open alarm.

Forno appliances include In-Home Delivery. The courier will bring it into your home and open the box to check for damages.

Debris removal, Installation, or haul away is not included.

Delivery to Room of Choice (up to 7 steps). The courier will delivery to the room of your choice, up to 7 steps. Any more steps the courier will charge the customer a fee. The fee is dependent on the number of steps and movers required to get the appliance in the desired location. These fees are set by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control.
All other brands include free curbside shipping. The courier will bring the appliance to your property but not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

Capriasca oven does not hold or maintain proper temperature

We just purchased this stove, the burners work fine, but the oven does not work right at all. Using an oven thermometer, it is 50 degrees lower than the setting on the dial. We have been going back and forth with Home Outlet Direct for a week and have had no response in getting the problem corrected.
