All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size. The shipping was super fast. Customer service was outstanding along with the price. I will say the rangetop is very nice looking. The build is not on the higher end of the scale but most people wouldn't think that by looking at it. I modified the rangetop and used some of the existing pieces that were meant to be installed for the back vent area and repurposed them for the front panel gap. Plus with the back vent piece, it would have stuck far beyond the cabinets. Price for the quality is in step. This is not a Thermador but also doesnt cot $5,000.00
Bought this last year and just getting around to a review. This is the 2nd purchase we have made from Zline. We are very happy with the stove top of this unit. The dual fuel oven has been a bit tougher to figure out. There are 2 settings, high and low bake as well as conventional and convection. It appears to have hot and cold spots in the oven. The best thing we have done is rotate the food in the oven to get an even cooking experience. The unit was well packed for shipping. No scratches, all pieces intact, easy installation. An instant statement in the kitchen. We do appreciate the construction and service of the Zline range unit. We have been loyal to other brands in the past but will consider Zline in other products when we need them. If anyone has suggestions on the hot/cold pocket issue. We are all ears.
