ZLINE Range Hoods are designed to fit the majority of kitchens right out of the box. Some kitchens with shorter ceilings do need a shortening kit or an extension kit depending on ceiling height. All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size. The shipping was super fast. Customer service was outstanding along with the price. I will say the rangetop is very nice looking. The build is not on the higher end of the scale but most people wouldn't think that by looking at it. I modified the rangetop and used some of the existing pieces that were meant to be installed for the back vent area and repurposed them for the front panel gap. Plus with the back vent piece, it would have stuck far beyond the cabinets. Price for the quality is in step. This is not a Thermador but also doesnt cot $5,000.00
