Cooling over time, or adding cold water or ice, can create a temporary vacuum seal that makes the lid hard to unscrew. Open the flip lid to release pressure, then unscrew slowly. Use with care and keep away from children.
Do not use carbonated, fermenting, or dry ice. Pressure may build and cause leaks or lid failure.
Cleaning: Wash before first use. Hand wash cup and lid promptly after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal scrubbers, bleach, or chlorine. Do not microwave.
Storage: When not in use, dry thoroughly and store in a cool, dry place with the lid off.

Small Items: Ship via standard ground delivery (FedEx or similar), such as small appliances, range hoods, sinks, faucets, and accessories.
30-Day Return Policy: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. We cannot process returns after this period.
Return Requirements: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging (including box and pallet) to qualify.
