Description

A cast iron grill/griddle made for Verona's 36" induction ranges. It sits across a left or right pair of cooking zones, giving you one large cooking surface for searing, pancakes, eggs and burgers without a separate pan. Use it with the bridge function so both zones heat the plate together.
