We bought a Thor package for a renovation. It was 2 months before we were ready to install them due to a delay in renovation. We when unboxed the refrigerator we found a damaged door. We contacted them and within 2 hours they sent us a tracking for the replacement door. They made the process so easy and fast. Our Jennair shorted out so we needed a replacement cooktop. This 6 burner gas cooktop is a great replacement for 1/5 the cost of our old one. I wish they made a similar downdraft version of this but you can’t beat this deal. It works awesome. Wife loves it.
