Description

The Senville SENDC-24CO is a 2 ton, 24,000 BTU central split system that pairs a Senville heat pump condenser with the SENDC-24CO-B evaporator A-coil. It is built for homes that already have a furnace: the A-coil mounts on the furnace and uses the furnace blower to move air, so there is no air handler to buy or install. The condenser and coil are listed together with an AHRI certificate and EnergyGuide label, and the match is rated at 16.0 SEER2 and 10.0 EER2 for cooling, with 9.5 HSPF2-4 and a 3.2 COP for heat pump heating when the weather turns.

The condenser runs on 208/230V, 1Ph, 60Hz power, is pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant and is backed by a 10 Years Compressor / 5 Years Parts warranty, and the system is sized for spaces up to 1,250 sq. ft. The SENDC-24CO-B coil installs horizontally or vertically, uses a durable aluminum coil and includes an R454B refrigerant sensor, and you can run the system from the WiFi-enabled wired controller or a compatible third-party 24V thermostat. Choose a 16 Ft., 25 Ft. or 50 Ft. line set to match your run, or No Line Set if you are supplying your own.

Features

  • Matched Condenser and A-Coil - The heat pump condenser and SENDC-24CO-B coil are sold as a matched pair with an AHRI certificate and EnergyGuide label.
  • 16.0 SEER2 Cooling - The condenser and A-coil match is rated at 16.0 SEER2 and 10.0 EER2.
  • Heat Pump Heating - Rated at 9.5 HSPF2-4 with a 3.2 COP, so the system heats as well as cools.
  • Works With Your Existing Furnace - The A-coil sits on the furnace and uses its blower, so no air handler is needed.
  • Covers Up to 1,250 Sq. Ft. - A 2 ton, 24,000 BTU system sized for spaces up to 1,250 sq. ft.
  • Multi-Position Installation - The coil installs horizontally or vertically to suit the furnace layout.
  • Aluminum Coil - Durable aluminum coil construction designed for easy maintenance.
  • R-454B Refrigerant - The condenser is pre-charged with R-454B, and the coil includes an R454B refrigerant sensor.
  • Flexible Controls - Works with the WiFi-enabled wired controller or third-party 24V thermostats.
  • 10-Year Compressor Warranty - Backed by a 10 Years Compressor / 5 Years Parts warranty.

Please Note

  • Professional installation is required.
  • This system includes the heat pump condenser and the SENDC-24CO-B evaporator A-coil only. A furnace with a working blower is required and is not included. No air handler is included.
  • Line Set Length: choose 16 Ft., 25 Ft. or 50 Ft. to include a line set with your system, or choose No Line Set to use your own. The condenser's refrigerant pre-charge is listed at 25 Ft.
  • The condenser requires a 208/230V, 1Ph, 60Hz power supply with a 35 A maximum fuse and 20.5 A minimum circuit ampacity. The coil's indoor power supply is 24V, 1Ph, 60Hz.
  • The 16.0 SEER2, 10.0 EER2, 9.5 HSPF2-4 and 3.2 COP ratings in the title and features are the AHRI ratings Senville publishes for the SENDC-24CO-B A-coil match. The 18.3 SEER2, 11.7 EER2, 10 HSPF2-4, 8 HSPF2-5 and 3.35 COP figures in the condenser specifications are the condenser's ratings as published for the SENDC-24HF condenser and ducted air handler system.
  • Control the system with the WiFi-enabled wired controller or a compatible third-party 24V thermostat.
  • Refer to the A-Coil Owner and Installation Manual for installation details.

Central Split System FAQs

What is a central HVAC system?
A central HVAC system uses a network of ducts to heat and cool your entire home from a single unit. It typically consists of an outdoor condenser (or heat pump) and an indoor air handler connected by refrigerant lines, distributing conditioned air through vents in every room.
What's the difference between a heat pump system and a traditional A/C system?
A heat pump can both heat and cool your home by reversing its refrigerant cycle, making it a year-round solution without a separate furnace. A traditional central A/C system only cools — you'd pair it with a gas furnace or electric air handler for heating. Heat pumps are generally more energy-efficient in moderate climates.
What size central HVAC system do I need?
Sizing depends on your home's square footage, insulation, climate zone, and ceiling height. As a general rule: 1 ton of cooling covers roughly 400–600 sq ft. A 2,000 sq ft home typically needs a 3–4 ton system. Use our live chat to speak with an HVAC specialist who can help you size correctly.
Can I buy a central HVAC system online and install it myself?
You can purchase central HVAC equipment online and save significantly versus buying through a local contractor. However, installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in most states — the refrigerant handling and electrical work require certification. We recommend buying the equipment here and hiring a local installer separately.
What SEER2 rating should I look for?
SEER2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio 2) measures cooling efficiency — higher numbers mean lower energy costs. Federal minimums are 14–15 SEER2 depending on your region. For the best long-term savings, look for systems rated 16 SEER2 or higher. Many of our MRCOOL and Senville systems reach 17–18 SEER2.
Does Home Outlet Direct offer financing for central HVAC purchases?
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying orders, making it easier to invest in a high-efficiency central HVAC system without paying everything upfront. See our financing page for details on terms and eligibility.
Do central HVAC systems from Home Outlet Direct come with a warranty?
All systems come with the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended warranty and protection plans for added peace of mind. Brands like MRCOOL and Goodman are backed by industry-leading coverage.
