The KFX model also comes with a reversible and removable grill/griddle that increases its versatility. It's also equipped with two heavy duty 21,000 BTU Rocket Power Burner that provides evenly distributed heat and plenty of power to use a home WOK or medium Paella Pan with professional results. This high powered model was designed to function with Kucht's Ignition, using an auto-reignition system that ignites every time with ease and automatically reignites any time a flame burns out.
