This did not fit the mixer it claimed to fit . Very misleading .

We’re sorry this item did not fit your mixer as described. We rely on compatibility information provided by KitchenAid, but we understand how frustrating this must have been and will review the listing for accuracy.

Please contact our customer support email and we’ll be happy to arrange a return at no charge.

The coffee maker has some features that are mich better than the model I had for ten years. The carafe broke while hand washing it. That was the reason I bought the new version. After using the new one for only 30 days, my house cleaner moved it and the carafe slid off the base and broke. I was very upset because I could not find that Kitchen Aid sold a replacement carafe. I bought one on the internet for $48 and it works but it is not the same and I don’t like it much. Can you send me a real one? Dorothy Rein
