When your food is ready, the manual high lift lever makes it easy to get it out of the toaster. Selecting the bagel toasting function reduces the power on one side of the heating elements by 50% to produce a better toasted bagel! Plus, the adjustable 5-shade setting ensures your food will pop up just the way you like it.

The coffee maker has some features that are mich better than the model I had for ten years. The carafe broke while hand washing it. That was the reason I bought the new version. After using the new one for only 30 days, my house cleaner moved it and the carafe slid off the base and broke. I was very upset because I could not find that Kitchen Aid sold a replacement carafe. I bought one on the internet for $48 and it works but it is not the same and I don’t like it much. Can you send me a real one? Dorothy Rein
