This 60-inch dual fuel range from ILVE's Majestic III line pairs seven sealed burners, a griddle and a French top with two electric ovens (3.5 + 2.3 cu. ft.). Majestic III is ILVE's current pro-style line, with clean lines, bold knobs and a 4.3-inch full-touch oven display. It is finished in Midnight Blue with Brass trim, with a solid oven door.

This version is set up for liquid propane (LP) and comes with a gas conversion kit. The ovens run on a 240-volt, 50-amp circuit.

• Dual-ring burners up to 25,000 BTU - two flame rings for fast boiling and searing that also turn down low; layout: one 25,000 BTU burner, four 10,500 BTU burners and two 7,000 BTU burners
• Total Black brass burners - solid brass burner heads with a black non-stick nano-coating that resists stains and wipes clean
• Cast iron grates - heavy cast iron pan supports hold large pots steady and stand up to daily use
• Built-in griddle - a flat plate with its own burner for pancakes, eggs, vegetables and smash burgers
• French top - a solid plate over a center burner, hottest in the middle and gentler at the edges, so several pots can simmer at different levels (5,500 BTU center burner)
• Two ovens, 3.5 + 2.3 cu. ft. - a convection main oven plus a second oven, so two dishes can cook at different temperatures
• 4.3-inch full-touch display - a high-resolution color touch screen for oven functions, temperature and timers
• Cooking probe - reads the center temperature of a roast so it comes out at exactly the doneness you want
• Solid oven door - a windowless, vintage-style "blind" door for a classic, uncluttered front
• Soft-close door and warming drawer - damped hinges ease the oven door shut quietly; the drawer below keeps plates and finished dishes warm

Oven Functions

The main oven (UOV 80 E3 TFT S) has 16 cooking modes:

• Pizza - strong bottom heat for crisp pizza, bread and focaccia
• Defrost - air circulation without heat to thaw food gently
• Intensive - fan and bottom heat for crisp roasts and vegetables
• Quick start - fast preheat; a low setting also defrosts
• Fan grill - even grilling of chops, sausages and kebabs
• Grill - door-closed broiling for steaks, fish and vegetables
• Top heat - browns gratins and finishes dishes
• Bottom heat - crisps pastry bases, tarts and pies
• Conventional - classic top and bottom heat for roasts and baking
• Multi-level fan - cooks on several racks at once without mixing flavors
• ECO - energy-saving setting for long, gentle cooking
• Moist cooking - five steam-retaining versions of the modes above (intensive, top, bottom, conventional and multi-level fan)

The second oven (UOV 60 E3 TFT) offers grill, top heat, bottom heat, conventional and eco cooking, without a fan.
