ILVE Panoramagic 48-Inch Freestanding Natural Gas Dual Fuel Range in Stainless Steel (UPM12FDS3SS)

This 48-inch dual fuel range from ILVE's Panoramagic line pairs eight sealed burners and a griddle with two electric ovens (3.5 + 1.52 cu. ft.). Panoramagic carries the name of the range cooker ILVE first introduced in the 1970s. It is finished in Stainless Steel, with a triple-glass oven door.

This version is set up for natural gas. The ovens run on a 240-volt, 28.5-amp circuit.

• Dual-ring burners up to 20,000 BTU - two flame rings for fast boiling and searing that also turn down low; layout: one 20,000 BTU burner, one 16,500 BTU burner, four 10,500 BTU burners and two 7,000 BTU burners
• Total Black brass burners - solid brass burner heads with a black non-stick nano-coating that resists stains and wipes clean
• Cast iron grates - heavy cast iron pan supports hold large pots steady and stand up to daily use

• Soft-close door and warming drawer - damped hinges ease the oven door shut quietly; the drawer below keeps plates and finished dishes warm
• Easy-clean enamel interior - smooth enamel that grease does not cling to, so spills wipe out more easily; the broil element folds down so the oven ceiling can be cleaned too

Oven Functions

The main oven (UOV 80 E3 TFT S) has 16 cooking modes:

• Pizza - strong bottom heat for crisp pizza, bread and focaccia
• Defrost - air circulation without heat to thaw food gently
• Intensive - fan and bottom heat for crisp roasts and vegetables
• Quick start - fast preheat; a low setting also defrosts
• Fan grill - even grilling of chops, sausages and kebabs
• Grill - door-closed broiling for steaks, fish and vegetables
• Top heat - browns gratins and finishes dishes
• Bottom heat - crisps pastry bases, tarts and pies
• Conventional - classic top and bottom heat for roasts and baking
• Multi-level fan - cooks on several racks at once without mixing flavors
• ECO - energy-saving setting for long, gentle cooking
• Moist cooking - five steam-retaining versions of the modes above (intensive, top, bottom, conventional and multi-level fan)

The second oven (UOV 30 E3 TFT) offers grill, top heat, bottom heat, conventional and eco cooking, without a fan.
