To prevent electric shock, it must be installed to prevent water from entering the unit, or installed away from showers, tubs, etc. Never locate a fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- Fresh air inlets are required for airflow to reach the underside unit. Failure to include a fresh air inlet may result in poor flame performance and damage to the fireplace.
