With 15,000 BTUs of efficient cooking power per burner, you have 30,000 BTUs total at your fingertips to handle anything. The 3 thermocouples are located directly beneath the cooking surface to give a more accurate temperature reading.

It also includes interchangeable propane and natural gas orifices, so switching from one gas to the other is quick and easy and won’t require a separate gas conversion kit. Please note that 110 volts are required to use the lights, but they are not needed to cook on your griddle.
