The Blaze BLZ-LTE3OVN-NG 26-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Outdoor Oven delivers true cooking versatility, combining a 700°F wood-fired-style pizza oven with full outdoor oven capability for everything from low-and-slow roasts to crispy pizzas. Powered by three tubular stainless steel burners (24,500 total BTUs) across a wide 270°F to 550°F range, it features a 17" 360-degree push-button rotating ceramic pizza stone (fits up to 16" pizzas), a built-in vertical rotisserie, dual cooking racks (688 sq. in. total capacity), and a digital temperature display with wireless Bluetooth meat probes for real-time monitoring.
