Description

The Pro-Fit 6 ft. Pre-Fab Outdoor Kitchen Island in unfinished form is the structural shell only — the MgO-board body over its heavy-gauge aluminium frame, with the appliance openings already cut. It ships without countertops and without PVC paneling, so the finish surfaces are yours to specify.

The structure, ready for your own finish

Everything that makes the island weatherproof and fire-rated is already built: a 1/4" MgO-board body on a square-tube aluminium frame with 1/8" brackets, cut for the appliances. What is left off is the granite and the paneling, which is the point — tile it, stone it, render it or panel it to match the space, without paying for a finish you intend to replace.

  • Appliance openings pre-cut — sized to accept a 32" Premier built-in grill, a storage bay and the 4.2 cu. ft. refrigerator
  • Island only — grill, side burner, storage and refrigerator are all ordered separately
  • 1/4" MgO board body — comparable to drywall or cement board but stronger, fireproof, and far more resistant to moisture, mold, mildew and weather
  • Heavy-gauge aluminium frame — square tube frame with 1/8"-thick brackets sits beneath the MgO board
  • Class A fire rating — the board carries a Class A fire rating, so no insulated jacket is required — a minimum 5" spacing between appliances is mandated instead
  • Built for exposure — fire-resistant and UV-resistant, and specified to handle ocean salt, rain, snow and extreme temperatures
  • Will not rot or splinter — resistant to rot, splintering and impact damage
  • Wipe-clean surfaces — routine maintenance is a wipe down
  • Limited lifetime warranty — on the Pro-Fit cabinetry and aluminium crossbars; the decking carries a 20-year warranty
