The Echelon Diamond E660S freestanding natural gas griddle is the perfect way to add to your outdoor cooking possibilities. Cook pancakes, eggs, fajitas, or achieve a perfect all-over sear on your burgers.

This griddle features 304 stainless steel construction for lasting quality, and modern styling with a sleek, contoured control panel with LED backlit comfort grip knobs. The 3/8-inch stainless steel griddle surface offers 540 sq. inches of warp-free evenly-heated cooking.

Two heavy-duty stainless steel burners beneath the surface produce 45,000 BTUs. Reliable hot surface ignition lights your burners every time. A disposable drip tray system makes cleanup a breeze and reduces the chance of grease flareups. An included stainless steel lid protects the griddle when not in use.

The griddle comes on a stainless steel cart which includes two storage drawers, one storage door, a towel bar, tool hooks, and two folding side shelves. Locking casters keep the cart in place.

A 120 VAC power source is required for ignition, as well as for the lighting functions. With all of these premium features, the Echelon Diamond series from Fire Magic defines luxury grilling.

Good Quality BBQ Set

It is impossible to really tell the quality of something when you buy online. The best you can hope for is great reviews and a return policy. I cook on my BBQ (Green Egg) as many days a week as I can. My BBQ tools take a beating. I wanted a new set and better than the average set. Fire Magic came up as one of the best.

I like the set, yet I would have given it a 5-star rating if it had a little bit thicker metals. The investment was fair for the quality still. I love that I have a bag to store the tools in. The brush that comes with it is waste. Instead, they should substitute a grill top cleaner. Just my opinion. You can't go wrong with this product.
