Power Burner: The Echelon Power Burner is the largest, most powerful side cooker available and provides the high heat that's perfect for wok cooking or frying a turkey! Offering a range of 3,000 to 60,000 BTUs. Removable stainless steel cover included.
Flush Mounted Single Side Burner: Features of this single side burner include a 15,000 BTUs burner and a precise flame control valve. Includes stainless steel grid.
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: All 304 stainless steel trapezoid cooking grids provide more optimal cooking surface for even heat and great searing.
Flavor Grids: 16-gauge stainless steel, flavor grids are engineered for durability, even heat distribution, and reduced flare-ups.
Heat Zone Separators: Heat zone separators between each burner, flavor grid, and cooking grid allow cooking an assortment of foods at different temperatures simultaneously, and to provide better indirect cooking.
Hot Surface Ignition: Hot surface electronic ignition provides reliable lighting for every meal. Requires 120V AC power supply.
Charcoal/Smoker Basket: Included with all Echelon Diamond grills at no additional charge. Great tool for charcoal grilling and smoking.
Rounded Oven Hood: Double well, seamless oven hood with featherlight easy lift, rounded for best convection cooking.
Contoured Face with Back-Lit Knobs: Smooth, seamless lines with polished highlights that feature fully illuminated, comfort touch safety control knobs (flame turns red when on).
Halogen Interior Lights: Angled interior halogen lights make evening grilling a breeze.
Quantum Backburner: Recessed Quantum backburner made of stainless steel foam uses less BTUs to generate efficient high heat for rotisserie cooking. Polished stainless steel cover included for protection.
Optional Magic Window: Optional Magic View Window available on all Echelon Diamond grills. For Echelon "A" Series Grills purchased with a Magic View Window, a Grill Top Thermometer is provided at no extra cost.
Optional Infrared Burner: Upgrade to an infrared sear burner in the left hand position at no charge on all Echelon Diamond grills.
Optional All Infrared Burners: Upgrade to an all infrared sear burner model on all Echelon Diamond grills for an additional cost.
