  • Analog Thermometer Option. Analog thermometer with polished stainless steel bezel in hood measures up to 1000 °F.

  • Automatic Shut-Off. Includes a one-hour safety timer that automatically shuts off the gas supply.

  • Diamond Sear Cooking Grids. All 304 stainless steel trapezoid cooking grids provide more optimal cooking surface for even heat and great searing.

  • Hot Surface Ignition. Hot surface electronic ignition provides reliable lighting for every meal. Requires 120V AC power supply.

  • Gourmet Face. Seamless control panel with satin finish.

  • Comfort Touch Knobs. Knobs are at a 40 ° angle to easily see how to operate, and have comfort-touch grips for safety and convenience.

  • Halogen Interior Lights. Angled interior halogen lights make evening grilling a breeze.

  • Stainless Steel Backburner. Optional stainless steel backburner and a complete rotisserie kit with a polished stainless steel cover for protection.

  • Optional Infrared Burner. Upgrade to an infrared sear burner in the left hand position for an additional charge.

  • Optional All Infrared Burners. Upgrade to an all infrared sear burner model for an additional cost.

Good Quality BBQ Set

It is impossible to really tell the quality of something when you buy online. The best you can hope for is great reviews and a return policy. I cook on my BBQ (Green Egg) as many days a week as I can. My BBQ tools take a beating. I wanted a new set and better than the average set. Fire Magic came up as one of the best.

I like the set, yet I would have given it a 5-star rating if it had a little bit thicker metals. The investment was fair for the quality still. I love that I have a bag to store the tools in. The brush that comes with it is waste. Instead, they should substitute a grill top cleaner. Just my opinion. You can't go wrong with this product.
