Large Appliances: Ship via Curbside Delivery — the carrier delivers to the edge of your property (not inside your home). The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery date.

Small Items: Ship via standard ground delivery (FedEx or similar), such as small appliances, range hoods, sinks, faucets, and accessories.

⁺Return/Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).

Non-Returnable Items: ZLINE accessories are final sale and cannot be returned, such as griddles, handles, extension kits, crown moldings, brass burners, charcoal filters, and similar items.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved ZLINE returns.
