• Free Shipping on all orders.

• Large Appliances: Ship via Threshold Delivery — carrier delivers to your door or garage (No in-home delivery or unboxing).

• Small Items: Range hoods, accessories, etc. ship via FedEx Ground to your door. If ordered with large appliances, they’ll arrive with your Threshold Delivery.

⁺Return/Refund Policy

• 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).
  

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved Thor Kitchen returns.
