*Forno Shipping Policy

  • In-Home Delivery (Large Appliances): Couriers brings the appliance inside and inspects for damage. (No installation, haul-away, or debris removal.)

  • Room of Choice: Delivery to the room you choose (up to 7 steps with 2 movers). Extra steps or movers may require additional fees, set by the carrier (not Home Outlet Direct).

  • Small Items: Range hoods, microwaves, etc. ship via FedEx Ground to your door. If ordered with large appliances, they’ll arrive with your In-Home Delivery.

 

⁺Return/Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved Forno returns.
