We found this oven s performance to be very disappointing. The manufacturer s description leads the buyer to believe it's an innovative cooking tool for the sophisticated chef. but in fact it lacks even the most basic oven features. The 25-year old GE oven I replaced was far more hi-tech and precise.
First, the LED display has nothing to do with oven function - it s merely a clock/timer and does not display any real time oven information, including function or temperature.
Making it worse, the two analog knobs that control function and temperature are set so high that if you install the unit at chest height, you ll have to be at least 5 9 to see your settings.
And there s no pre-heat function - no signal alerts you when the oven has reached the desired temperature.
Inexplicably, the interior light doesn t go on when you open the door - you have to manually switch it on, which is a huge inconvenience when you re handling baking dishes.
Innovative? The cleaning feature consists of your putting a pan of vinegar in the oven, heating it to 500 for an hour, then wiping away the sludge. Even the manual tells you how messy this is and to wear rubber gloves. Why not just use Easy-off?
And to top it off, the manufacturer charges a hefty 30% re-stocking fee to return it. That's $600!
My advice: Steer clear - there are much better choices on the market at this price point.

I couldn't imagine a nicer stove. I feel like a restaurant chef. The purchase and delivery were very smooth.
We’ve had the oven for 2 months now and we’re very pleased with it. Looks like high quality, so far it performs as such. Propane conversion kit was installed quickly and works fine. Seems to be quite bit more efficient than electric ranges. It’s our first gas range and we love it!
This range looks really nice, but we have had multiple issues with it from the very beginning. Forno has not been easy to work with as they don't have a phone number available to call, you can only work with them via email. When we first attempted to install the range, we found that the gas regulator had a crack so we were unable to use the range until Forno mailed a replacement part. The temperature gauge on the range also doesn't work correctly. It shows a temperature of approximately 100* at all times, even when it has been off. When we set the oven at 350*, the gauge eventually reads 450*. When trying to resolve this with Forno, they told me that the oven is just showing the "ambient temperature" of my home and that's why it reads that temperature. My home's ambient temperature is not 100*. I sent them a video showing the problem, but now they want another video after the oven has been on to show the discrepancy in temperature. Never mind the fact that the extended warranty company already sent a repair person out who told me the issue is the gauge, but wasn't able to get the replacement part because it's still under the Forno warranty. I like the appearance of this range, and the function of the stove, but with the issues we've had I would not buy from this company again.

I havent had the chance to use any of my new appliances, yet, as we don't move into the house until May 1st, but I will say they are stunning and very well built. The fact that they come with both the chrome and brass handles is enough to give the 5 star review, but I will update after we have had the chance to use our beautiful new appliances. Thanks again.

Great microwave drawer. Dimensions on the installation instructions are perfect which made installation a breeze. Microwave works great and no complaints. Display panel is easy to read and has plenty of options for a busy family of 4. Don’t let the lower price dissuade you from purchasing. We remodeled our last house with one that was twice the price and this one stacks up easily.

I ordered a HVAC system and it arrived in a timely manner and with no apparent issues. I thought the system was defective once installed but it was the installers fault who wired it wrong. My only issue would be the fee (30% I believe) to return a defective item within the 30 day return policy. If it is defective the customer shouldn't have to pay a fee to return an item that is not operating as designed. Other than that this is a good company.
