Harvest Right home freeze dryers by size

• Countertop 360: 4 trays, 5–9 lb of fresh food per batch, up to 1,500 lb a year. It has a built-in vacuum pump, plugs into a standard 110V outlet, and comes in four colors.
• Small: 4 trays, 6–10 lb per batch, up to 1,800 lb a year. Plugs into a standard 110V outlet.
• Medium: 5 trays, 10–15 lb per batch, up to 3,000 lb a year. Plugs into a standard 110V outlet.
• Large: 6 trays, 18–27 lb per batch, up to 5,000 lb a year. Needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit (NEMA 5-20 outlet).
• X-Large: 7 trays, 40–50 lb per batch, up to 10,000 lb a year. Needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit (NEMA 5-20 outlet).

Premier pump or oil-free pump

The Small, Medium, Large and X-Large come with either a Premier vacuum pump or an oil-free pump. The Premier pump costs less, but its oil needs to be filtered and changed from time to time. The oil-free pump skips oil changes and costs more. The Countertop 360 has its pump built into the cabinet. Each product page lists the pump that's included.

What's in the box

The Small, Medium, Large and X-Large ship with stainless steel trays, a Guide to Freeze Drying and a Mylar starter kit: 50 Mylar bags, 50 oxygen absorbers and an impulse sealer. Premier pump models also include pump oil and an oil filter. The Countertop 360 comes with a Mylar starter kit too. Every Harvest Right home freeze dryer carries a three-year limited warranty.
