Installed my own central HP system. It was a bit of work but nothing beyond a person with basic mechanical and electrical skills. It took me a while because I had to remove the existing electric forced air furnace from a pretty tight place. Some custom sheet metal work and a bit of custom electrical too. Worked perfectly when powered up and I actually like the thermostat provided, although I wish it was clearer how to set up a temperature set-back schedule. Pre-charged refrigerant piping was something new and I liked that too. The best thing is that my electric utility forked out $4,000 and that paid for the unit!

Overall Great Unit and working with HOD was simple. Unit arrived on time and in good shape.
Install was as stated and works good but struggles at heating house when temperatures are below freezing. I am concerned what will happen once we get to 20 and lower. Over all I like the product but they should be more honest about heating at low temperatures.
Received my 4 Ton VersaPro as it was stated, no bends or scratches and the trucking company placed it in my garage. It will be replacing my existing 3.5 ton Rheem heat pump so all the infrastructure already exists like the duct work, electric but will be replacing the existing line set with the pre-charged lineset so an HVAC tech won't be required assuming all goes as planned. Myself and a friend plan to install towards the end of October, waiting for cooler days here in Florida since it's an attic air handler install. Should have it completed in one or two days since I have done some of the preliminaries. Will update
