Built for serious throughput, this freeze-dryer system includes a 7-tray shelf chamber paired with a commercial-grade vacuum pump. With an ice capacity of 12 lb and the ability to process up to 18 lb of food in one cycle, it offers robust performance (main drying time approx. 16–30 hours for about 8 lb of food). 
The chamber is constructed from stainless steel/aluminum, uses RTD temperature sensors, a motorised ball valve, and a patented smart drying algorithm for advanced control. 
Also included: seven trays (8″ × 20″ × 0.75″ each), shelf temperature range from -50 °F to 150 °F, and a bundled 7.2 CFM vacuum pump weighing 55 lb.
Ideal for freeze-drying herbs, leafy greens, yogurt drops, and other bulky, low-moisture foods. Use caution with high-moisture items, as they can exceed the machine's ice capacity.
