Alkaline Water (4 Levels) - Alkaline ionized water is a powerful cleaning agent. Use it for cleaning dirt off of vegetables or counters. The higher the pH, the better the surfactant properties. The alkaline water ionizer in the Echo Ultimate can produce 4 levels of Alkaline water which incrementally increases the pH of the water. It is not recommended to drink alkaline water beyond a level 2 (or a 9 pH). You may want to consult your physician before consuming alkaline water.

Acidic Water (4 Levels) - Acidic water is a natural disinfectant. When used in your skincare routine, it can help with acne, psoriasis, eczema and other skin conditions. It can also help get rid of tonsil stones, gingivitis, and mouth bacteria. Acidic water can even help plants grow better by lowering soil ph. Do not drink acidic water.
