Shipping FAQ on Checkout

We ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse
Large appliances are shipped via curbside "Freight" shipping - this means that the courier will call you ahead of time to schedule a drop off date.
They will bring your appliance to your property, not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.
The courier will most likely call from a 1-800 number, please answer that call to avoid any delays in your delivery.

They will make several attempts to call you. If you do not answer their calls the appliance will be returned to the warehouse and processed as a return.

All Forno orders includes White Glove In-Home delivery
The courier will bring the appliances in your home and open the box to check for damages
This does not include installation or haul-away of your old appliance
First/ground floor only - For second, or higher, floor deliveries, the courier will charge a fee. The fee is dependent on the number of steps and movers required to get the appliance up the stairs. These fees are set by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control.
7 steps included - The free in-home delivery includes 7 steps and any further steps, up or down a staircase, may require a fee. The fee is set by the courier and is dependent on the number of steps and movers required. These fees are set by the courier and out of Home Outlet Direct's control.
Shipping includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery is not accepted and the customer requests a second, or further delivery attempts, the customer will pay a delivery fee that is set by the courier.
All other brands include free curbside shipping
