Small Items: Range hoods, microwaves, etc. ship via FedEx Ground to your door. If ordered with large appliances, they’ll arrive with your In-Home Delivery.
30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including box and pallet).
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved Forno returns.

A perfect ten!
Hood looks fantastic command works perfectly. the lights are bright with just enough warmth, so it doesn't look like a dental office.. the fans. Are not quiet, but they aren't too loud. Either. Loved the fact that you can stretch the hood to 46 inches high (trust me). Not fun installing, but no special skill required. Delivery included unpacking in home, a great touch. Customer service was great!

The oven is well built and beautiful. I love the layout of the controls & various cooking modes. I hope for me and my wife to cook more now with our new kitchen & oven!. I still need to install my backsplash behind the oven.
