ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1) perfectly fits all ZLINE Ranges and Rangetops. Easily replace any two burners with the griddle at your convenience.

Use the raised-rib side to perfectly sear meat and vegetables, and the smooth, flat side for morning pancakes!
High quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on rib side.
Griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking.
Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat!

Zline hood insert

So for I am very happy with my 40 inch insert. After researching for one I chose the Zline. It seems to be a work horse in the kitchen. It can be a little loud but don’t mind as long as it does the job. I’m very pleased!

This hood is stunning. I had the kitchen remodeled for my husband (the cook). I decorated with copper and this hood just completes the decor. It works well and we love it.
