Out for delivery 10/26/23 broken by 11/7/24

I purchased the 30 inch Z line 5 piece kitchen package in black stainless steel. Dual fuel range the refrigerator with the ice and water dispensers and the microwave drawer sink the dishwasher and the range hood. Our icemaker has never been able to keep up with a family of 2 to 3 even when brand new, over the past week, I realize that my eyes was feeling less and less of a cup, today I realize that the entire control panel is not working on my refrigerator. I looked it up and the refrigerator is listed at $4799 if purchased individually. I’m sorry but a $5000 refrigerator should produce ice for a family of two adult adults and a child, but it most definitely should last more than 12 months. And honestly, it was actually less than that because even though we ordered it and it was delivered the first week of November, we did not actually move into the house until February 1 because I came down with an illness. this is beyond unacceptable. So we will see how Home outlet direct handles this issue and if they decide to handle it properly, I will change my rating if they just try to screw me I will leave my one star rating and I hope everyone considering his zline package reads it!

This stove definitely is the center of attention, it gives my remodeled kitchen a whole new look. i get so many compliments . Thanks Z line , their autobiography line gives your kitchen a luxurious look.

Love my fridge!!

I’m blown away on how much it will hold. The instructions for install need to be rewritten. They are unclear and wrong in places.

The Autograph Edition put Wow in my Kitchen

I am so pleased with my purchase. We had a little hiccup but it was remedied with amazing customer service from both Home Outlet and Zline!! As you can see the Black Autograph Edition 48 inch range is gorgeous!! I get nothing but compliments- highly recommend that and the microwave drawer!! I just wish they had a 42-48 inch refrigerator as the 36 is a bit smaller than I wanted but it still is beautiful and does the job.
