Extremely damaged fridge/severe gas explosion on Thor range

Fridge arrived ship damaged, freezer never worked, just used Thor range griddle and had a HUGE gas explosion and fire. Home Outlet Direct won’t do a thing about any of it. Absolutely horrible customer service. They could care less. Don’t ever order anything from Home Outlet Direct or THOR or FORNO. We have handed this entire mess off to our attorney. See the photos. The egg tray looks like it’s from a Barbie playhouse. No milk holder, everything rots, 1 drawer no humidity control, shelves do not hold more than 5 pounds and bend with barely anything on them. All cheap plastic inside with dents on every side. Worst appliances I have ever ordered. Nothing works right except the Thor microwave and it’s questionable

Very high end

I couldn't find what I was looking for in the big Box stores and they have great reviews on their website and honestly I was very happy the Thor appliances are very high end. The packages they have are a great deal. The one issue with the stove which was not their fault it was Thor's fault but they arranged it to be taken care of for me so I was very happy with the customer service I never thought that I would buy appliances online but I love my thorough appliances and I had a great experience with HOD
