The 60K MRCOOL® Hyper Heat Central Ducted Air Handler offers an exceptional solution for your home's heating and cooling needs, regardless of the outdoor climate. Constructed with painted galvanized steel, this sturdy unit features a side-discharge layout, slide-out blower, self-diagnostics panel, and removable filters for easy upkeep. Effortless installation is possible for an HVAC technician, as the unit is designed to work with the optional MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® Line Set. Pre-charged with eco-friendly R410-A refrigerant, this line set does away with the need for vacuuming or flare welding, is kink-resistant, and allows for various installation configurations.
The handler also includes a wired thermostat and wireless remote, with an additional heat kit available for purchase if needed. In the rare occurrence of operational issues, the air handler is supported by a reassuring 10-year warranty for parts and labor, providing peace of mind. Moreover, there is no need for registration to access the included labor warranty.

I ordered a HVAC system and it arrived in a timely manner and with no apparent issues. I thought the system was defective once installed but it was the installers fault who wired it wrong. My only issue would be the fee (30% I believe) to return a defective item within the 30 day return policy. If it is defective the customer shouldn't have to pay a fee to return an item that is not operating as designed. Other than that this is a good company.
Installed my own central HP system. It was a bit of work but nothing beyond a person with basic mechanical and electrical skills. It took me a while because I had to remove the existing electric forced air furnace from a pretty tight place. Some custom sheet metal work and a bit of custom electrical too. Worked perfectly when powered up and I actually like the thermostat provided, although I wish it was clearer how to set up a temperature set-back schedule. Pre-charged refrigerant piping was something new and I liked that too. The best thing is that my electric utility forked out $4,000 and that paid for the unit!

Overall Great Unit and working with HOD was simple. Unit arrived on time and in good shape.
Install was as stated and works good but struggles at heating house when temperatures are below freezing. I am concerned what will happen once we get to 20 and lower. Over all I like the product but they should be more honest about heating at low temperatures.
