Unit delivery good. Good looking appliance.
No label to determine ambient room operating temperature. Several models have different specifications. Only when reading manual are these issues brought to your attention.
Unit settings are not calibrated. Temperature is about 3-5 degrees higher than the display. Similar with humidity. Display is not accurate. Appears not to adjust humidity after reaching desired temperature.
Poor customer service. Only one email response and not helpful. Still waiting for assistance.
Great microwave drawer. Dimensions on the installation instructions are perfect which made installation a breeze. Microwave works great and no complaints. Display panel is easy to read and has plenty of options for a busy family of 4. Don’t let the lower price dissuade you from purchasing. We remodeled our last house with one that was twice the price and this one stacks up easily.
