I had purchase a 2 zone/ 2 head Mr.cool unit.
Installed to manufacture specs and instructions.
One machine lasted 30 days before an internal fan motor- bearing broke and caused product failure.
A week after that, the interior -second head unit failed. Completely iced up internally.
I put a complaint in as soon as each issue presented itself.
I have yet to receive compensation, a replacement part or acknowledgement of the second unit failing.
I do not recommend Mr. Cool products to anyone. They are cheaply made and the customer support is extremely poor.

Product came packaged well, undamaged. Installation was difficult, followed instructions for suction line above coil on bilevel installation with coil above condenser. 108 inside house on startup, 103 ambient. First start, high pressure 500, low pressure 170, supply air temp 66 degrees. Very worried at first, but after house cooed down, everything within parameters. Researched 410a refrigerant, found out it looses efficiency exponentially during temperature extremes. My old r22 unit would supply 54 degree supply air in comparable operating conditions. EPA, government, a/c manufactures all lying to American public
First time ever installing Mr cool unit was built very good it has a dc converted fan motor,came with a salt shelf type coating om inside of unit over all very impressed 5star system
