Shipping is a disaster.. just left it outside rain or snow it stays outside.. how is a customer to get it inside . We should have the option to pay to get it inside..
Super handy little fridge. I store my extra milk and beverages in it to free up room in the main refrigerator. Keeps items cold and ready to go. The slide out drawers put everything at easy reach.

We were building a speculative home and found Home Outlet Direct for the Kitchen appliances. We bundled the main kitchen with the Thor 36" Dual Fuel Range, vent, Refrigerator, Microwave drawer, Dishwasher and beverage center. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of the entire collection. Although the pieces were shipped over several months, they all arrived in time for completion of the home. We are already working on another project and have decided to use the same package.

I had my eye in the for a while but was worried due to the size but it actually is slightly less than 30 inch so for right in my space. This is beautiful and has transformed our kitchen. Shipment is as quick and all parts included. Happy with my purchase!
I love this stove - in face, it is the stove of my dreams. Upon arrival the convection fan was unbelievably loud & we had to contact Z-line directly and have someone come out and Replace the fan. I believe at their baseline the fan is slightly loud but I can live with it given how pretty his stove is and how much it compliments my space my interactions with home outlet direct were great & They were able to answer all my questions quickly and efficiently - Shut up specifically to Jamie Lee Taylor for the patient assistance with all my questions, & for pointing me in the right direction!

I went online to buy a new tool set for my BBQ. I like nice things and I only look at quality venders. I found a very nice set of BBQ tools Fire Magic 5-Piece BBQ Tool Set (3575B) on the Home Outlet Direct website. When I went to check out, it showed the price of $9.00 for this $99.00 item. There was no tax or shipping charge either. I could not believe it, but I purchased the item.
That purchase was a few months ago. I checked on my order a few times to find out if it was still backordered. My last call was literally yesterday. I was told there was an issue with my order and there was one more item in their warehouse. That was yesterday, today the item was delivered. It was clear that the $9.00 price was a computer glitch. Yet in my conversation yesterday, the guest services representative said they would honor the price. I never asked, they brought that up.
That my friends is a quality company. I am writing this review to say, thank you for being willing to follow-through even when you knew it was a computer issue. I was expecting a note saying there was an error and my $9.00 was being refunded. From a consumer standpoint, this has made me have a high level of trust in you, your reputation and product quality.
