The Echelon Diamond E790S freestanding natural gas grill features 304 stainless steel construction for lasting quality, and modern styling with a sleek, contoured control panel that includes LED backlit comfort touch knobs and a state-of-the-art digital thermometer display. This display has 4 zone temperature reading and can be used to monitor the included food probe.
With finger touch controls, you can set temperatures, monitor cooking time, switch the internal lights on or off, and even choose between 4 colors for the display.
The double-walled, spring assisted hood opens 90 degrees for easier access and more efficient exhaust. Inside, this grill features two cast stainless steel E-burners, made with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting, and a left side infrared burner that combine for 90,000 BTUs.
Reliable hot surface ignition always lights your burners where others might fail. Flash tubes serve as a backup. Flavor grids sit above the burners to spread heat evenly and protect the burners from debris and grease. These flavor grids have attached heat zone separators, allowing you to create independent heat zones at the surface of the grill for varied cooking options.
The 792 sq. in. cooking surface consists of the patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. These grids feature a matte, non-stick surface, and a trapezoidal shape that optimally transfers heat from the burner to the wide surface of the cooking grids.
The warming rack above can be adjusted and moved out of the way when not in use. In the rear of the grill is a Quantum stainless steel infrared backburner for the included heavy duty rotisserie kit that produces 13,000 BTUs of radiant heat. This burner uses stainless steel foam, which provides double the heat per BTU.
Additionally, Echelon Diamond grills come with a charcoal/smoker basket for adding delicious, smoky flavor to your cook. For night time grilling, the interior of the grill is lit by two halogen lights. A new, larger drip tray with ball bearing glides makes cleanup with the disposable drip pan system even easier than before.
The grill comes on a stainless steel cart which includes two storage drawers and two side shelves. One of these shelves folds down while the other contains a flush mounted 15,000 BTU side burner for extra cooking versatility. Locking casters keep the cart in place.
A 120 VAC power source is required for ignition, as well as for the lighting functions. With all of these premium features, the Echelon Diamond series from Fire Magic defines luxury grilling.

Large appliances ship via Freight Curbside shipment. Meaning the carrier will drop off your item on your property not inside your home. The courier company will call ahead of time to schedule a drop off date
It is impossible to really tell the quality of something when you buy online. The best you can hope for is great reviews and a return policy. I cook on my BBQ (Green Egg) as many days a week as I can. My BBQ tools take a beating. I wanted a new set and better than the average set. Fire Magic came up as one of the best.
I like the set, yet I would have given it a 5-star rating if it had a little bit thicker metals. The investment was fair for the quality still. I love that I have a bag to store the tools in. The brush that comes with it is waste. Instead, they should substitute a grill top cleaner. Just my opinion. You can't go wrong with this product.

I was able to get the price down further and add a Thor refrigerated 2 drawer cabinet and zlines microwave drawer. In the end, we couldn’t have imagined having a kitchen like this. We are so pleased and everything works flawlessly. My wife is a great cook and I swear her meals are even better now. I wouldn’t go with any other product line for the price. We bought all Of these appliances for less than the cost of the Wolf range alone. We went with the white finish to match our cabinets. Shipping is a disaster.. just left it outside rain or snow it stays outside.. how is a customer to get it inside . We should have the option to pay to get it inside..
Super handy little fridge. I store my extra milk and beverages in it to free up room in the main refrigerator. Keeps items cold and ready to go. The slide out drawers put everything at easy reach.
