The Aurora Double Searing Station. Reliable hot surface ignition lights two infrared burners, quickly reaching up to 1,200 degrees. This searing station includes the new stainless steel Diamond Sear cooking grates, which have a bead-blasted non-stick surface and optimally transfer heat from the burners to the cooking surface to create the perfect steakhouse quality sear.

It features back-lit control knobs on elegantly designed stainless steel facing for modern style that matches its performance. A stainless steel lid is also included to protect the interior of the unit from the elements.

This Double Searing Station hooks up to Fire Magic Aurora Series Grills or can be wired individually using a separate power supply box (sold separately). The Aurora Double Searing Station is the perfect accessory for your luxury outdoor kitchen.

Each bar is shaped to optimally transfer the heat from the burners to the cooking surface so food cooks faster and more evenly!

  • Comfort Touch Polished KnobsSmooth, seamless lines with polished highlights that feature back-lit knobs (at 41°) with comfort touch grips and flame icons for convenience and safety (flame turns red when on).

    Good Quality BBQ Set

    It is impossible to really tell the quality of something when you buy online. The best you can hope for is great reviews and a return policy. I cook on my BBQ (Green Egg) as many days a week as I can. My BBQ tools take a beating. I wanted a new set and better than the average set. Fire Magic came up as one of the best.

    I like the set, yet I would have given it a 5-star rating if it had a little bit thicker metals. The investment was fair for the quality still. I love that I have a bag to store the tools in. The brush that comes with it is waste. Instead, they should substitute a grill top cleaner. Just my opinion. You can't go wrong with this product.
